Spicy Konnyaku & Enoki Mushrooms

  1. Cut the konnyaku into 0.5cm wide slices.
  2. Cut each slice into 3-4 strips.
  3. Cut off the base of the enoki mushrooms and then cut in half.
  4. Dry-fry the konnyaku in a frying pan.
  5. Once the moisture has completely evaporated, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir-fry.
  6. When the soy sauce has evaporated, add the enoki mushrooms and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
  7. Continue stir-frying.
  8. Once the mushrooms have become tender, add the ingredients.
