Marshmallow Fudge

• 4 12 cups sugar
• 23 cup evaporated milk
• 1 (6 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
• 1 -2 cup oleo
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 12 cup nuts (optional)

1. Cook sugar, milk and oleo to "soft ball" stage (235), takes about 4 minutes.
2. Add marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts; stir well.
3. Let harden.
4. Enjoy.
