Lobster Roll Cups

  1. In a medium bowl, gently stir the lobster meat, mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, and zest to combine.
  2. (Note: The mixture can be made a few hours ahead of time and refrigerated before placing in phyllo cups.)
  3. Place 1 heaping teaspoon of the lobster mixture into each phyllo cup.
  4. Sprinkle a small amount of cayenne pepper on the top of each cup if desired.
  5. Serve immediately.
