Uwajimaya Long Grain Fried Rice

  1. Heat 1 Tblsp.
  2. oil in the wok and scramble eggs.
  3. Remove and set aside.
  4. Fry bacon until most of fat is cooked out.
  5. Drain excess fat and replace with 2 Tblsp.
  6. oil.
  7. Add cooked meat, onions and beansprouts.
  8. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  9. Add rice and soy sauce.
  10. Fry until rice is hot, turning temperature down if necessary.
  11. Add eggs and mix in with rice.
  12. Toss in green onions.
