Beef steak philippine stlye

• 1/2 kg beef tenderloin
• 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/2 lemon juice
• 3 clove garlic pound
• 1 ground black pepper to taste.
• 1 pinch of brown sugar
• 1 onion ring to garnish
• 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

1. Cut beef into pcs med.size.marinate atleast 30min.
2. Simmer to slow fire add the marinated sauce.to cook.till tender
3. Add the onion rings and cook more 5min.
