South-of-the-Border Won Tons

  1. In small skillet, break up beef with a fork.
  2. Cook with onion, salt, chili powder and garlic salt for several minutes.
  3. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese and olives.
  4. Cool slightly.
  5. Place about 1 rounded tsp.
  6. filling in center of each won ton skin.
  7. Moisten edges of skin.
  8. Fold 2 opposite corners together, forming a triangle.
  9. Seal edges.
  10. Drop into hot oil or shortening in a fryer.
  11. Fry about 1 minute, until crisp and golden.
  12. Drain.
  13. Serve hot.
  14. Good plain or with guacamole sauce, if desired.
