Spinach and Bacon Salad

  1. Pan fry bacon until golden brown and crisp.
  2. Drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Place spinach leaves on a serving platter.
  4. Top with hot bacon, tomatoes, avocado and egg.
  5. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with toasted pine nuts.
