Tomato and Cheese Pizza
- 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
- 1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing, divided
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 1-1/2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread with 1/4 cup dressing; sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
- Toss tomatoes with remaining dressing; spread over pizza.
- Bake 18 to 20 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown, topping with remaining cheese after 10 min.
