Chicken with Tomatoes & Feta
- 1 tsp. oil
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 onion, chopped Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and onions; cover.
- Cook 10 to 14 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F), turning after 6 min.
- Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add tomatoes, dressing and lemons to onions in skillet; cook 4 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Return chicken to skillet.
- Spoon sauce over chicken.
- Cook 1 min.
- or until chicken is heated through; top with cheese.
