Almost No Calories: Konnyaku Steak
- 1 block Konnyaku
- 1 Yakiniku sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 dash Katakuriko
- Score one side of the konnyaku with a lattice pattern with small squares about 1.5 cm on each side.
- Boil the konnyaku for 3 minutes.
- Drain into a colander.
- Coat the side of the konnyaku that's not scored with katakuriko.
- Heat up some vegetable oil in a frying pan, and pan-fry the konnyaku until browned on both sides.
- Turn down the heat add the yakiniku sauce to the pan, coat the konnyaku and it's done.
