Grilled breast of Lamb (lamb ribs )

  1. thaw and rinse Lamb ribs pat dry and apply spice rub refidgerate while preparing grill
  2. wait until charcoals are quite hot and position ribs several inches above coals
  3. turn ribs every seven min.
  4. 4-5 times remove from heat let rest serve hot
