Sparkling Grape Mold

  1. Stir boiling juice into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold club soda.
  3. Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  4. Stir in grapes.
  5. Spoon into 5-cup mold sprayed with no stick cooking spray; cover.
  6. Refrigerate 4 hour or until firm.
  7. Unmold.
  8. Garnish with additional grapes, if desired.
  9. Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.
