Sparkling Grape Mold
- 1-1/2 cups boiling white grape juice or water
- 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
- 2 cups cold club soda or seltzer
- 1 cup halved green grapes
- 1 cup halved red grapes
- Stir boiling juice into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Stir in cold club soda.
- Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
- Stir in grapes.
- Spoon into 5-cup mold sprayed with no stick cooking spray; cover.
- Refrigerate 4 hour or until firm.
- Unmold.
- Garnish with additional grapes, if desired.
- Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.
