The Handyman Collins

• 2 ounces bourbon
• Grated zest of a 1/2 lemon
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 5 ounces chilled Saison beer
• 1 lemon wheel

1. Put the bourbon, lemon zest and sugar in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously.
2. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice, top with the beer.
3. Garnish with the lemon wheel.
