The Handyman Collins
- 2 ounces bourbon
- Grated zest of a 1/2 lemon
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 5 ounces chilled Saison beer
- 1 lemon wheel
- Put the bourbon, lemon zest and sugar in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice, top with the beer.
- Garnish with the lemon wheel.
