Refrigerated Cukes

  1. Put the vegetables in a large bowl and sprinkle the salt over top.
  2. Let them sit for 2-3 hours.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients to make a brine.
  4. Pour it over the vegetables.
  5. Put the vegetables in jars.
  6. It will keep, refrigerated, for about 10 weeks.
