Quinoa Patties
- 130 g tuna in water, drained (or any other fish)
- 12 cup quinoa
- 1 egg
- Prepare quinoa as usual.
- (This is not included in prep time).
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients.
- Work the mixture with your hands till the ingredients combine into one slightly stick mass.
- Shape into two patties.
- Fry on a ceramic frying pan for 10 minutes (or until patties are a dark brown on the bottom), flip over, and fry for another 5 to 8 minutes.
- Best served warm.
