Quinoa Patties

  1. Prepare quinoa as usual.
  2. (This is not included in prep time).
  3. In a small bowl combine all ingredients.
  4. Work the mixture with your hands till the ingredients combine into one slightly stick mass.
  5. Shape into two patties.
  6. Fry on a ceramic frying pan for 10 minutes (or until patties are a dark brown on the bottom), flip over, and fry for another 5 to 8 minutes.
  7. Best served warm.
