Quick Breakfast Scramble

  1. Chop onion.
  2. Caramelize onion in 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and 1 pinch salt.
  3. While the onions are cooking, beat eggs with salt/pepper (to taste) with a fork.
  4. Add chopped pepper and cook until soft.
  5. Add vegetables to bowl of eggs and mix well.
  6. Add a palm size sausage patty to the pan and cook until almost done.
  7. Remove sausage and chop into small pieces.
  8. Mix sausage pieces with the eggs/veggies and dash with Worcestershire sauce and Oregano.
  9. Fry, mixing well, until eggs look done.
  10. Eat it with your face.
