Clam chowder

  1. Clean and steam the clams remove from shells.
  2. Chop the onions, cauliflower, carrots, celery, and bacon saute them in thyme oil and half of butter.
  3. Till bacon is done.
  4. Drain excessive oil.
  5. Add coconut milk to the onion mixture.
  6. Add the rest of ingredients
  7. Simmer and stir occasionally.
  8. Let thicken.
  9. Serve hope you enjoy!
