Curried Beef Kabobs

  1. Place steak slices, onions and peppers in nonmetal dish.
  2. Add combined steak sauce and currry powder; stir to evenly coat steak and vegetables.
  3. Cover.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, stirring occasionally.
  5. Meanwhile, soak skewers in water for at least 30 min.
  6. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Drain steak slices and vegetables; discard marinade.
  8. Alternately thread steak (accordian style), vegetables and pineapple onto skewers.
  9. Grill kabobs 8 to 10 min.
  10. or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
  11. Serve with the rice.
