Mushroom Lovers' Meatloaves

• 2 lb. ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix Monterey Style with Mushroom & Onion
• 1 jar (12 oz.) mushroom gravy, divided
• 1 cup water
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten

1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Mix meat, stuffing mix, 1/4 cup of the gravy, water and eggs.
3. Shape meat mixture into 4 oval loaves; place, side by side, in shallow foil-lined baking pan.
4. Top with remaining gravy.
5. Bake 30 minutes or until centers are no longer pink.
