Quick Onion Pizza
- 2 slices Bacon
- 2 Tablespoons Onion Relish
- 1 whole Tortilla Wrap
- 1/2 cups Cream
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 whole Onion
- 1 teaspoon Mixed Herbs
- Grill bacon rashers until crispy.
- Spread the onion relish over a tortilla wrap.
- In a blender, mix cream, lime juice and butter until stiff.
- Spoon over the onion relish.
- Cut the onion into thin crescents and lay gently on the cream mixture.
- Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper.
- Once the bacon is cooked, allow it to cool slightly.
- Using scissors, snip it over the pizza and move the pizza to the oven.
- Cook at 180 degrees C (360 degrees F) for about ten minutes, checking on it regularly.
- Serve.
