Veggie Stir Fry

  1. Heat peanut oil in pan.
  2. Add sliced onion, saute 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms & zucchini, saute 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add Chinese cabbage.
  5. Immediately drizzle szechuan sauce over veggies, stirring and saute-ing until cabbage is wilted.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil.
  7. Salt & pepper to taste.
  8. Serve over white rice.
