Leek Dressings

  1. Cook leek in medium pot of boiling water 1 minute.
  2. Drain.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl.
  5. Stir in leek.
  6. Season dressing with salt and pepper.
  7. (Can be made 1 day ahead.
  8. Cover; chill.)
