Sauteed Spicy Shrimp

  1. Combine coating mix and pepper.
  2. Dip shrimp in egg; cover with coating mix.
  3. Discard any remaining coating mix.
  4. Heat oil and butter in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. Add shrimp in single-layer batches; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
  6. Add more oil and butter to skillet, if necessary to cook remaining batches of shrimp.

fry, ground red pepper, shrimp, egg, oil, butter
