Round Bread Rolls Filled with Anko - Made in a Bread Machine

  1. Place the bread dough ingredients into the bread machine and turn on the bread dough course!

  3. Lightly dust the counter with flour, take out the dough from the bread machine, and release the gas.
  4. Separate into 12 pieces and form balls.
  5. Place a wrung-out damp kitchen towel on top for about 20 minutes.
  6. Spread the balls flat and place about 15 g of anko in the center of each.
