Citrus-Spice Caribbean/Cuban Marinade for Pork, Beef, Chicken

  1. Combine all ingredients in a heavy-duty Ziploc bag or glass pan.
  2. Add your choice of pork, beef, chicken or fish.
  3. Marinate for at least two hours.
