Peruvian green sauce
- 3 jalapenos
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch fresh ground pepper
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil( evoo).
- 1 bunch cilantro( bout a cup)
- cut and take out the seeds and the ribs of half of the jalapenos for a med.- hot sauce( if you like A LOT of heat leave them all in, if you don't like heat take them all out).
- rough chop jalapenos, garlic and cilantro put into blender
- add rest of ingredients to blender EXCEPT evoo
- blend til smooth
- set blender to low speed, slowly drizzle evoo in.
- blend til combined
- the sauce will be watery, don't worry it needs to set
- pour sauce into bowl or container, cover, place into refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours
- when set put that ish on anything.
