Peruvian green sauce

  1. cut and take out the seeds and the ribs of half of the jalapenos for a med.- hot sauce( if you like A LOT of heat leave them all in, if you don't like heat take them all out).
  2. rough chop jalapenos, garlic and cilantro put into blender
  3. add rest of ingredients to blender EXCEPT evoo
  4. blend til smooth
  5. set blender to low speed, slowly drizzle evoo in.
  6. blend til combined
  7. the sauce will be watery, don't worry it needs to set
  8. pour sauce into bowl or container, cover, place into refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours
  9. when set put that ish on anything.
  10. really anything

jalapenos, clove garlic, lime, sour cream, mayo, salt, fresh ground pepper, extra virgin olive oil, cilantro
