Apple And Honey Scones Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, combineflour,wheat germ, baking pwdr, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.
  2. Cut in the butter till the mix resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. combine the apple, lowfat milk and honey; add in to dry ingredients just till moistened.
  4. Turn onto a floured surfac, knead gently 5-6 times.
  5. Gently patt dough into a 9-in.
  6. circle, 1/2 in.
  7. thick.
  8. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over dough.
  9. Cut into eight wedges and place on a greased baking sheet.
  10. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 min.
