Helen's Pepper Jelly

  1. Tie pepper in cloth and cook with other ingredients.
  2. Mix and boil for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and letset for 5 minutes.
  4. Add pectin.
  5. Put in jelly jars or pt.
  6. jars, seal and cover with melted paraffin.
  7. Real good with crackers with cream cheese and then the jelly.
  8. Be sure to add food colouring.
