Cheese and Salad Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease 15 1/2-inch by 10 1/2-inch jelly-roll pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  2. With fingers, pat dough onto bottom and up sides of pan.
  3. Spread ricotta on dough; sprinkle with mozzarella, Romano, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Place pan on rack in lower third of oven.
  5. Bake pizza 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly and crust is browned.
  6. Top with tomatoes and basil to serve.
  7. Nutritional information is based on one serving.
