Hot Corn Casserole Recipe
- 2 cans cream corn
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3-4 jalapeno peppers
- Grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- Combine all ingredients except peppers and cheese.
- Pour 1/2 mix in casserole dish and layer with cut up peppers and shredded cheese.
- Pour the rest and top with peppers and cheese.
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 min or possibly till done.
