Jamaica Reggae

• 4 cl. white rum
• 2 cl. passion fruit juice
• ginger ale
• sugar syrup
• 1 dash aromatic bitters

1. For this tantalizing cocktail, blend the white rum and fruit juice with sugar syrup together with crushed ice.
2. Pour into a large cocktail glass and fill with ginger ale.
3. Add a dash of bitters and garnish with a slice of pineapple, two slices of carambola and a cherry.
