Chocolate Delight

  1. Mix and pat into a 9x13-inch pan flour, margerine, and chopped nuts.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350F.
  3. Let crust cool.
  4. First layer: Mix and spread over cooled crust cream cheese, 6 oz.
  5. Cool Whip, and 1 cup 4X sugar.
  6. Second layer: Mix and spread on top of first layer chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding, milk, and vanilla.
  7. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top.
  8. Grate Hershey bar on top.
  9. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
