Great Grilled Romaine

  1. Drizzle the romaine with olive oil.
  2. Place on a hot grill until lightly charred on the outside, turning occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
  4. Remove the romaine from the grill to a serving platter.
  5. Cut in halves lengthwise to make 4 long pieces, then drizzle dressing over top.
  6. Serve immediately.
