Connies Apple Cake Recipe

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES:.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients with Chopped Apples.
  3. Add Canola Oil, (I make this at least 3 times a year and YES you put in 1 and one half cups of canola oil, this is a correct measurement), Vanilla Extract and beaten Eggs.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Batter will be stiff and a bit difficult to mix, but it is totally worth it!
  6. Bake approximately 1 1/2 hours in lightly greased (10 x 14 ) pan.
  7. Start checking cake after about an hour, since everyone's stove heats a little differently.
  8. You can use a toothpick or whatever you usually do to check your baking.
  9. Option: Of course you can make this in a muffin pan too but you would have to adjust the cooking time.
