Ultimate Queso
- 1 whole Brick Processed Cheese, Cubed (like Velveeta)
- 1 pound Ground Hamburger Or Turkey, Cooked
- 8 ounces, fluid Low Fat (or Not) Sour Cream
- 2 cans Rotel (whichever Kind Floats Your Boat)
- 2 loaves Sourdough Bread
- In a microwave safe dish, melt the cheese in 1 minute increments, stirring occasionally til smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients (except bread).
- Stir to incorporate.
- Serve warm with bread.
- Serving option 1: Chop both loaves of bread into bite-sized pieces for dipping.
- Additional fancy serving technique: Remove the top 1 inch from one of the loaves of bread and scoop out the soft inside.
- Pour queso into bread bowl.
- Serve along side second loaf chopped into bite sized pieces for dipping.
