Stuffed Chicken Legs

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add zucchini and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in water, stuffing mix and cheese until well blended.
  6. Cover and set aside.
  7. Insert your fingers carefully between the meat and skin of each chicken leg to form a pocket.
  8. Fill pockets evenly with the stuffing mixture.
  9. Place, filled sides up, in shallow baking pan.
  10. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
