Mom's Chicken Tarragon
- 1 whole chicken, cut up into pieces
- 14 cup butter
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 10 12 ounces cream of celery soup
- 12 cup milk
- 12 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon tarragon
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large skillet, saute the onions and chicken in the butter.
- Remove to a casserole dish.
- Heat the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken.
- Bake the chicken for 50 - 60 minutes or until cooked.
