Smokey Salmon Cheese Spread Recipe

  1. Drain salmon, reserving 2 teaspoon liquid; flake.
  2. Combine reserved liquid with salmon, cream cheese, onion and liquid smoke; blend thoroughly.
  3. Chill several hrs.
  4. Form into log 6 to 8 inches long, roll in parsley.
  5. Garnish with pimiento.
  6. Serve with crackers.
