Flora's Super Fast Tuna Pot
- 1 bag of eggnoodles
- 2 can of cream of mushroom soup* see note
- 2 can of peas
- 2 large cans of tuna
- Ok so we all have those dishes that we reserve for hard times or just for a time saver.
- This is something I prepare when funds are low or just a fast fix after church.
- Basically this is just my rendition of a tuna helper.
- Boil your egg noodles in a pot of salted, boiling water.
- When your noodles are tender, drain them.
- Drain the water off of your tuna and your peas.
- And them and the soup into the pot of noodles.
- Stir to incorporate.
- Cook over a low heat until the whole mixture is warm.
- Now its ready.
- This meal will serve 4 easily and only costs around 10 bucks to prepare.
- *note* cream of pea and cream of celery soups also work in this.
