Meat Sauce Spaghetti

  1. Mince the bacon, celery, onion, carrot, and garlic.
  2. Pour olive oil and the garlic in a deep pan and heat.
  3. Add vegetables and cook for 30 minutes over low heat to bring out their flavors.
  4. Increase the heat and add the ground meat.
  5. It's more like grilling than cooking.
  6. Spread it out and don't mess with the meat much.
  7. Add the red wine, and cook off the alcohol.
  8. Add the canned tomatoes, cubed soup stock, and basil and boil for about an hour.
  9. Season with salt, pepper, and butter to taste.
  10. Add milk as the finishing touch.
  11. Top over boiled pasta and you're done.
