Meat Sauce Spaghetti
- 600 grams Ground beef (or ground beef mix)
- 50 grams Bacon (or Panchetta)
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 2 clove Garlic
- 200 ml Red wine
- 2 can Canned tomatoes (diced cut)
- 2 Cubed bouillon (I use Knorr brand)
- 1 leaf Basil
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 20 grams Butter
- 100 ml Milk
- Mince the bacon, celery, onion, carrot, and garlic.
- Pour olive oil and the garlic in a deep pan and heat.
- Add vegetables and cook for 30 minutes over low heat to bring out their flavors.
- Increase the heat and add the ground meat.
- It's more like grilling than cooking.
- Spread it out and don't mess with the meat much.
- Add the red wine, and cook off the alcohol.
- Add the canned tomatoes, cubed soup stock, and basil and boil for about an hour.
- Season with salt, pepper, and butter to taste.
- Add milk as the finishing touch.
- Top over boiled pasta and you're done.
