Fresh Peach and Avocado Salsa

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, peppers, peaches, strawberries, cilantro and avocado.
  2. Gently fold the ingredients together.
  3. In another small bowl, whisk the honey, lime juice, and a dash of salt and pepper together until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salsa and toss to combine.
  5. Serve cold or at room temperature with tortilla chips or on top of crostinis.
  6. Will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
  7. Enjoy!
