Kid's Cookies
- 125 g butter
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 12 cups self-rising flour
- Cream butter, vanilla and sugar.
- Beat in egg & milk.
- Gradually fold in flours.
- Put in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Roll out to about 1/2cm thickness, and cut into shapes.
- Bake on greased trays at 190C for 10-15 minutes.
