Easy 5-Minute Daikon Radish Pickle

  1. Cut the daikon radish into slices of your desired size.
  2. Combine the daikon radish, shio-kombu, and lemon juice in a plastic bag and work in the ingredients by massaging the bag from the outside.
  3. Let it sit a while, then it's ready.
  4. It's almost too easy!
