Easy 5-Minute Daikon Radish Pickle
- 1 as much (to taste) Daikon radish
- 1 dash Shio-kombu
- 1 dash Lemon juice
- Cut the daikon radish into slices of your desired size.
- Combine the daikon radish, shio-kombu, and lemon juice in a plastic bag and work in the ingredients by massaging the bag from the outside.
- Let it sit a while, then it's ready.
- It's almost too easy!
