Grilled Chicken Bites
- 16 ounces, weight Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
- Your Desired Dipping Sauces (See Note)
- Prepare a grill or griddle pan with cooking spray.
- On a clean work surface, take 2 sheets of waxed paper or plastic wrap and place chicken breasts in between sheets.
- Pound chicken with a mallet or rolling pin until even in thickness.
- Add seasonings on both sides.
- Cook for 67 minutes each side, or until juices run clear.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then cut into bite size pieces.
- Transfer to a serving platter.
- Have your dipping sauces ready (see note below) in small ramekins and enjoy!
- I usually prepare sauces ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- I frequently serve these at our get-togethers and it is really delicious and fun!
