Herb Chicken Breasts Recipe

  1. Place chicken breasts in glass dish with 1/2 inch of water.
  2. Cover top of chicken with herb leaves.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till tender.
  4. Uncover and remove leaves.
  5. Place under broiler if browning is desired.
