macaroni and cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 onion
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb mix of chedder, fontina, feta cheese
- 1 3/4 cup macaroni
- melt butter, stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
- gradually stir in mil add onion, mustard and worcestershire sauce.
- cook over medium heat until thick.
- stir in cheese until melted.
- add macaroni and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
