Creamy Tortellini Primavera
- 1-1/2 cups asparagus pieces
- 1-1/2 cups red pepper strips
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. minced chives
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Tortellini, any flavor, cooked, drained
- 1-1/2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook and stir vegetables in butter until tender.
- Stir in chives and basil.
- Toss vegetable mixture, tortellini, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve with fresh cracked pepper.
- Great Substitute: Substitute green bean pieces for asparagus.
