Pork with garlic and mushrooms

  1. lightly grill the pork until tender and cooked through.
  2. coat a small pan with oil, heat and add garlic, mushrooms, wine and shallots.
  3. cook gently until the mushrooms are softened.
  4. stir in the combined cornflour and water until sauce thickens.
  5. serve with the pork and pasta.
