Pork with garlic and mushrooms
- 1 small lean pork steak
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 100 gallon baby mushrooms, quRtered
- 1 tbsp dry white wine
- 1 shallot chopped
- 1/2 tsp cornflour
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
- 1 small serve pasta
- lightly grill the pork until tender and cooked through.
- coat a small pan with oil, heat and add garlic, mushrooms, wine and shallots.
- cook gently until the mushrooms are softened.
- stir in the combined cornflour and water until sauce thickens.
- serve with the pork and pasta.
