Grilled yellowtail

  1. Preheat oven to 220C
  2. Line a oven pan with tinfoil
  3. Brush melted butter (40 grams) on tinfoil and add the sliced garlic
  4. Mix together the spices, season fish on skin side with half of the spices and place skin down in oven pan
  5. Melt remainder of butter, mix with minced garlic and brush on fish
  6. Season the fish with the remainder of the spices
  7. Place the onions on top of the fish followed by the green pepper and finished with the thyme
  8. Cover with tinfoil and put in oven for 30 minutes
  9. Remove from oven.
  10. Turn oven onto grill only
  11. Remove the top tinfoil and put the fish back into the oven for 7 minutes
