Cheddar Jack Creamed Spinach

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook onions and garlic in oil in large skillet on medium heat 3 min., stirring frequently.
  3. Add spinach; cook and stir 4 min.
  4. or just until wilted.
  5. Drain.
  6. Add cream cheese and half the FRESH TAKE to spinach mixture; mix well.
  7. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining FRESH TAKE.
  8. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  9. or until spinach mixture is heated through and topping is golden brown.
